Kate T. Hollis

Kate T. Hollis is a partner at Milne Law Group, P.A. with a focus on transactional work for local governments and the private sector. Ms. Hollis brings vast experience as general counsel for private sector corporate clients assisting in all matters including formation, acquisition, governance, dissolution, and contract preparation and negotiation. She has also represented local government entities in contract preparation, the procurement process, negotiations, and preparation of legal opinions. Additionally, Ms. Hollis served as assistant trial counsel representing a school board in the successful prosecution of a charter school termination through a final administrative hearing and appeal. Ms. Hollis has over 30 years of experience in the legal industry, including working as a corporate paralegal before and during law school.
Ms. Hollis earned her Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida in 2008, and her Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law in 2011.
