Lia N. Sibrian, a Los Angeles native, initially became involved in capital improvement and repair projects in 2014 when she worked for the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles (HACLA), one of the nation’s largest public housing authorities. At HACLA, Lia helped maintain the citywide portfolio of approximately 9,355 household units by collaboratively working alongside project managers, architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and professionals at the Los Angeles Building and Safety Department. Over at HACLA, Lia helped ensure that construction projects were fully complied with and timely completed in order to maintain the inventory levels of affordable housing for Southern Californian residents. HACLA definitely sparked Lia’s interest in construction management and provided her with an immense wealth of construction knowledge.

In 2016, Lia moved to Orlando, Florida to pursue her Juris Doctorate Degree and is presently a licensed Florida attorney in good standing. Since her time in Florida, Lia has passionately continued to dedicate her time and efforts in helping community residents. While in law school, for example, she helped maintain the integrity and value of several home and condominium community associations throughout Central Florida by enforcing community association codes. She also assisted in the urban planning and development matters of Seminole County when she was a legal extern at the Seminole County Attorney’s Office by assisting the Board of County Commissioners.

Most recently, Lia helped level the playing field between homeowners and insurance carriers when homeowners’ insurance claims were wrongfully and grossly denied, underpaid, or entirely ignored by carriers for property storm related damage claims. She enjoyed helping homeowners bring their home back to its pre-loss condition. She is at your service, ready and willing to serve, respectfully for any construction defect issues or related questions you may have and would like to work through together.

When Lia is not helping others, you can find her swimming away with the Masters Swim Team at one of the local YMCAs or can find her dancing away in her salsa dance class as she hones in on her intermediate/advanced skills. She also likes to read non-fiction books, bike in Altamonte Springs, go to musicals, classical shows, or try new dishes at local trendy restaurants. Last but not least, she likes the Dodgers and can watch soccer endlessly!
