Brian D. Kozlowski is an associate with Milne Law Group, P.A. Mr. Kozlowski focuses his practice on construction defect litigation, construction payment disputes, contract law and the defense of general civil litigation claims.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kozlowski founded and served as partner at a prominent software consulting firm. In this role, he successfully represented companies seeking government approval for the creation and oversight of new aerospace and government contracts. He was instrumental in developing and preparing numerous Source Approval Packages for clients, effectively navigating the complex requirements of the Department of Defense. Additionally, he facilitated and coordinated the sale of software for both commercial and U.S. military use, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.
Mr. Kozlowski possesses exceptional experience in handling a wide range of litigation matters related to commercial, real estate, association and government clients. He is highly skilled in drafting corporate governing documents, litigating real estate matters, and negotiating commercial contracts. He has successfully prosecuted numerous real estate and civil trials, showcasing his proficiency in the courtroom.
Mr. Kozlowski earned his Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law in 2011, where he served as Chief Justice of the Moot Court Honors Board and was awarded the Charles Modica Award for most outstanding graduate. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from Westfield State University in 2006 majoring in political science.
