Jacqueline N. Brown

(Jacquie) joined Milne Law Group in June 2026. She previously served as an Assistant State Attorney in Florida’s 9th and 11th Judicial Circuits, where she practiced for over a decade prosecuting cases ranging from misdemeanors to serious felony offenses, including homicides. During her tenure, she handled numerous jury trials and evidentiary hearings. Most recently, she served as Bureau Chief of the Post-Conviction Unit in the 9th Judicial Circuit and as Director of Training.
In addition to her prosecutorial experience, Ms. Brown has practiced civil litigation, including subrogation matters on behalf of property insurance carriers, and has handled complex family law cases in South Florida.
Originally from Seattle, Washington, Ms. Brown earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Florida A&M University in 2003 and her Juris Doctor from Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in 2008. She has been a member of The Florida Bar since October 2008.
