Attorneys

Nichole A. Lonergan, Esq. joined Milne Law Group in April 2024. Prior to joining the firm, Nichole worked as an Assistant State Attorney for both the First and Ninth Judicial Circuits of Florida. For ten years in the First Circuit, Nichole prosecuted felony and misdemeanor cases, including numerous successful jury trial verdicts.

Locally, in the Ninth Circuit, Nichole worked for the last two years on post-conviction appeals, protecting hard-won verdicts on crimes of violence. Nichole’s knowledge and experience in trial litigation, advocacy, negotiation, and legal research will benefit the firm and its clients.

Nichole grew up in the south suburbs of Chicago. Nichole graduated from Lewis University in Romeoville, IL with a Bachelor of Arts in English in 2008. Nichole then attended Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida, where she graduated with her Juris Doctor in 2011.
