Peter J. Kapsales joined the Milne Law Group, P.A. in June of 2015. Mr. Kapsales has over eight years of experience as an attorney with experience in construction law, lien law, civil litigation, complex multi-party construction defect litigation, trial practice, residential foreclosures, real property law, contract law, and community association law. He currently focuses on construction law, lien law, contract law, and complex multi-party construction defect litigation.
Mr. Kapsales regularly represents contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, and residential property owners. He has over five years of experience in handling construction defect claims, conducting contract reviews, and handling contract disputes.
Mr. Kapsales is originally from New Jersey and is a graduate of Florida International University in Miami, Florida where he received his Bachelor of Arts in International Relations in 2005. Prior to law school, he had five years of banking experience with Commerce Bank, N.A. (now TD Bank, N.A.) and was a Certified Consumer Lender.
In 2011, Mr. Kapsales received his Juris Doctorate from the Florida A&M University College of Law in Orlando, Florida. In 2018, he obtained his LL.M. in Real Property Development from the University of Miami School of Law.
